Cornwall utility participant George Mitchell has signed a brand new one-year contract.
The homegrown 25-year-old joined the membership final season after impressing in an open trial in November 2022.
He went on to attain tries in Cornwall’s last two dwelling video games of the season towards Oldham and Rochdale Hornets.
“George completed the season very well and he provides us choices throughout the board each within the backs and forwards,” head coach Mike Abbott stated of Mitchell to the club website., external
“His tries that he scored towards Oldham and Rochdale have been particular moments for each George personally and for the membership due to his proud Cornish roots.
“I’m positive he’ll proceed to progress in a Cornwall shirt and we will not wait to see what he can do in 2024.”
