Former San Antonio Spurs level guard Joshua Primo has been suspended for 4 video games by the NBA over allegations that he uncovered himself to girls.
An NBA investigation concluded he engaged in “inappropriate behaviour” which was “detrimental to the league”.
In a press release the NBA stated it “didn’t discover proof that he engaged in any sexual or different misconduct other than these transient exposures”
“Primo maintains that his conduct was not intentional,” it added.
“However, this behaviour doesn’t conform to league requirements and warrants self-discipline.”
The 20-year-old has not performed within the NBA since his Spurs contract was terminated in October 2022 following allegations that he uncovered himself to the staff’s former sports activities psychologist on a number of events.
She then sued the Spurs and Primo, and the grievance was settled out of courtroom.
Primo would serve the suspension ought to he signal with one other NBA staff in future.
