Steven Bergwijn says he doesn’t wish to play below Ronald Koeman after being criticised by the Netherlands coach.
Koeman said he will not select Bergwijn after the 26-year-old ahead made a £17.7m transfer from Ajax to Saudi Professional League membership Al-Ittihad on Monday.
