Saracens have warned England ahead Billy Vunipola about his future conduct after he was arrested in Majorca on Sunday.
BBC Sport understands the 31-year-old was Tasered by police within the early hours of Sunday morning in Palma, the capital of the Spanish island, and subsequently charged with “resisting the legislation”.
He was fined 240 euros (£205) and returned to England earlier this week.
However the Premiership champions say they may take no additional motion in opposition to Vunipola, who gained the final of his 75 England caps within the World Cup semi-final loss to South Africa final 12 months.
“We condemn the behaviour and have warned Billy about his future conduct,” the membership mentioned.
“We now sit up for the rest of the Gallagher Premiership season and think about this case closed.”
Vunipola described the incident as an “unlucky misunderstanding”.
“Opposite to media reviews, there was no violence, no battle and I didn’t threaten anyone at any stage, with bottles or chairs or the rest,” he mentioned.
