Friday’s Scottish Championship fixture between Airdrieonians and Falkirk has been postponed due to a frozen pitch in Airdrie.
Referee Iain Sneddon carried out a 17:30 GMT pitch inspection earlier than the scheduled 19:30 kick-off and deemed situations to be unsafe.

Sneddon advised BBC Scotland: “From fairly early on [in my pitch inspection] it was very clear there was a number of packed ice beneath the floor. Participant security was the important thing standards I used to be taking a look at.
“Though the ball can roll, I used to be very frightened about participant security as a result of that floor is absolutely exhausting. It is clear with the temperature and forecast that the ice is not going wherever.”
